Cancellation policy

By booking an appointment at The Babe Cave, you are acknowledging our cancellation policy. Your appointment is extremely important to us! Because of that, we ask that if you do need to reschedule to please let us know at least 72- hours before your session begins. It is best to reach out to your stylist directly through their Instagram or text/call 540.245.3083.

Any cancellations made within 24- hours of the scheduled session will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the services discussed.

No text / no show appointments will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the services discussed and will be asked to put down a 50% deposit for their next appointment upon booking.

COVID cancellation policy- Due to the increase of last-minute cancellations we will be enforcing our cancellation policy even if you obtain an illness. The cancellation fee will be forwarded to your next appointment when scheduled within a two-week timeframe. If the appointment cannot be rescheduled within that time, the cancellation fee will not be applied to any upcoming appointments.

Refund Policy

By booking an appointment at The Babe Cave you are acknowledging our refund policy. At The Babe Cave we do not issue refunds. Instead, we will gladly do a redo appointment if requested within one week of the latest appointment. This appointment will be completed by the original service provider at no cost.
